Online or In-Person Health Coaching:

This allows you to explore not only your nutrition, but other factors in your life that might be preventing you from being the best version of you. This might include exercise/movement, stress, relationships, career…really nothing is off limits in these sessions (unless you tell me it is!). I like to talk to people holistically – not just about one aspect of their lives – and this is how we take steps toward our goals. It’s all interconnected!


In-person Personal Training:

Exercise (whether formal or informal) improves our well-being from the inside out. From mental health benefits to physical benefits like strength and weight loss, exercise is an integral part of overall wellness. Based on your personal goals, I’ll create a custom plan and work with you to ensure proper form, progress toward your goals, and most of all, make it fun!


Online Fitness and Accountability:

This offering is for those who have the motivation to do some of it on their own, but still need a little push to get started and some accountability along the way! I offer online fitness programs, superfood nutritional supplements, and accountability through an online group with others. As a positive and committed community, we help each other through the tough times and celebrate each other’s successes!

Corporate Wellness

Having a healthy workforce means having a more productive and efficient workforce. But what exactly does a healthy workforce mean and look like? Well, that’s different for each company, which is why I believe in creating a custom approach to corporate wellness.

Depending on the age, current health factors, and interests of your employees, I’ll work together with you to create the best approach that will improve the overall health of your organization.

From educational videos, lunch and learns, recipes, group discussions, and health challenges, there’s something for everyone to get involved with. I’ll work closely with you to understand your company culture to ensure your wellness program fits right into it! I can come in for a day with a lunch and learn, followed by individual health coaching sessions for those who are interested or have specific questions/needs.

I can create short weekly videos that employees can watch on their own time if getting everyone together is a problem.
